We work remotely with clients in every province and territory. Because bookkeeping is our sole focus, we remain independent of any audit or tax practice and work alongside your accountant or auditor at year-end. All work is performed by a Canadian team, in the language you prefer.

We work in QuickBooks Online. For new clients, we configure it appropriately for the business.

Do you replace my accountant?

No. We maintain your books throughout the year and prepare them for your accountant or auditor at year-end. Bookkeeping is our only service.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is a fixed monthly fee based mainly on your monthly transaction volume and complexity. Plans start at $349 per month, payroll is available as a separate add-on, and a precise quotation is provided after the initial consultation.

Can you bring overdue books up to date?

Yes. We provide catch-up bookkeeping to bring overdue records current, and then maintain them on a monthly basis.
